Medochemie is an international company that develops, manufactures, and distributes licensed branded generic pharmaceutical products. Established in Cyprus (Europe) in 1976, it has today 19 offices and exports its products in more than 122 countries around the globe.

Medochemie operates 15 manufacturing plants, designed to fully comply with European and WHO Good Manufacturing Practises (GMP). 9 manufacturing sites are located in Cyprus, 5 in Vietnam and 1 in The Netherlands. Medochemie employs a diverse force of 2000 professionals, 60% of them are scientists.
In 2008 Medochemie (Far East) Ltd. received the investment license from Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park in Binh Duong Province for manufacture of pharmaceutical products for human use. In more than 10 years of commercial operation, today we have two high technology projects in the country, comprised of 05 EU-GMP Facilities. More than 450 employees are currently working at Medochemie (Far East), about 35% of those graduated from Schools of Medicine and Pharmacy.
Our products can be classified into 10 main therapeutic categories, with particular emphasis on anti-infectives, central nervous system and cardiovascular medication. Our strength is in Transfers of Manufacturing Technology for European products to be manufactured in Vietnam and exported back to Europe. Besides technology transfers, we have also invested in R&D facilities in Vietnam for the development of products under European Standards both for the local market as well as for export.

QV Officer

Duties:
The QV Officer will have the opportunity to:
- Carry out the process validation: prepare protocol, follow up the execution and report.
- Participate in cleaning validation.
- Follow up and update the product list and equipment database.
- Participate in the development and validation of the related analytical method, if needed
- Follow-up cleaning validation runs and takes samples.
- Support carrying out the analytical method validation: prepare protocol and utility.
- Support to carry out the qualification of production equipment and utilities.
- Participate in investigation and handling of deviations during process validation and cleaning validation, to follow up the execution of corrective actions and report the results.
- Participate in the preparation of SOPs related to validation/ qualification.
- Any other duties related to validation/ qualification as assigned by the team leader.
Qualifications:
- Age >24 years old
- Bachelor of Pharmacist
- Having at least 1 years’ of experience in Validation at Pharmaceutical Factory.

QA Officer

Duties:
The QA Officer will have the opportunity to:
- Participating in the compilation, verification, review, and update of relevant technical standards.
- Keep Master batch records and control the issue of blank batch records related to concerned products (on the list of products responsible).
- Verifying the calculation of active ingredient quantities (if applicable) in production batch records.
- Checking the codes of raw materials, packaging, semi-finished, and finished products before inputting into the ERP system.
- Follow-up cleaning validation runs and takes samples.
- Participate in monitoring and checking stability records.
- Participate in product quality reviews.
- Participate in handling and monitoring change/deviation control related to the activities of the Production, QC, and QV departments.
- Contributing to monthly and yearly discrepancy and change summary reporting.
- Collaborating in the revision and updating of QA department documentation.
- Participating in self-inspection programs and monitoring corrective actions.
- Participate in product quality risk assessment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Pharmacist
- Having at least 1 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical Factory
- Fluent in English.
- Honest, meticulous, responsible, cooperative, and possessing excellent communication skills.

Production Supervisor

Duties:
The Production Supervisor will have the opportunity to:
- Ensure that the products are produced and stored according to the written procedures to achieve the required quality.
- Strictly ensure the application of the instructions concerning the production procedures.
- Ensure that the printing required elements of the production order are to be completed and signed correctly, before submitted to the quality Assurance Department.
- Check spare maintenance and the necessary needs of the Department.
- Follow and apply the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
- Control and supervise the production procedure and all the involved staff.
- Carry out the production plan according to the given instructions by the production manager.
- Make sure that a high level of staff productivity is always maintained.
- Make sure that personnel behavior including hygienic conditions are appropriate and within the rules and procedures of the Company.
- Any other duties as assigned following the needs of the Department and the Company.
Qualifications:
- Age >28 years old
- Bachelor of Pharmacist having at least 5 years’ experience as a pharmaceutical production supervisor.
- Having experience and knowledge in pharmaceutical processing, pharmaceutical equipment GMP, and leadership.

Marketing Officer

Duties:
The Marketing Officer will have the opportunity to:
- Work closely with the Medochemie Director and the Global Marketing Manager to create 360 marketing plans for Medochemie Far East and the key product brands to drive growth in the Vietnam market.
- Work with internal HQ and external design teams to develop high quality, innovative marketing assets across different channels.
- Develop successful Brand activation in pharmacies and Health Professionals, product trainings and gathering market feedback.
- Cooperate with digital marketing specialists on the implementation of digital marketing activities as well as enhancing Brand presence online (website development, content creation, social media).
- Be accountable of successful and timely activation of brand and product campaigns.
- Monitor performance of campaigns and activities and suggest optimisations actions.
- Support in the development and execution of corporate marketing to maximise the visibility and image of Medochemie Far East in various events and conferences.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in marketing and communications either on the client or agency side. Preferred experiences in pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, marketing, communication, business management, or relevant field.
- Excellent understanding of above the line and below the line marketing and advertising.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently to meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of Vietnamese and English Language.
- Curiosity and interest in brand building and engaging with consumers, with special interest in following successful brand activation initiatives.
